but yes it's a little frothy here for sure.. but the rest of Florida could collapse and South Florida is another animal.  

The worst was a horder of things and animals.

Downtown Suffolk and northern Suffolk are two completely different animals. 

My hope is that the clientele we bring in won't completely trash the place but I realize that is just wishful thinking and that people, regardless of income/ what they are willing to pay, can behave like animals (I was in the auto industry before becoming an attorney and the things I saw walking trades will forever haunt me). 

There is a member here that advises newbies to treat section 8 recipients like animals.

I can’t blame the guy for trying . you admit to the animal relieving itself on the carpet which of coarse ruins carpet and padding .

Account Closed got to watch those animals,  one mama squirrel chewed up all the windows in one apartment for us. 

After 24 hours we told her she needs to get there before animal control takes the dog.

Super dense urban areas are a different animal as well.

We have landlords in this very forum insisting their tenants are savages and should be treated like animals.
