This is the magic, and I think it is genius.

Even if you think it will magically be worth $120k after the $20k roof, that just makes it an even worse return on your money.

Their is no such thing as one size fits all magic asset protection wand.

It's not a magic bullet to solve all operational needs, but the process works very well when a remote team member at a lower labor rate fits into the needs of a scaling business.
