@Salvatore Lentini I’m in college right now and have considered dropping out (the past few months) to pursue wholesaling full time as it has sparked a new interest.

@Don Spafford Those properties do go to auction but you have to find tax delinquent properties before they go to auction and spark up a deal with the owner. 

As for me I read RDPD and that is what "sparked" me into learning more about investing and RE.
