An agent needs to sell themselves as being an individual to connect with their clients.However, as an investor, you don't necessarily want to highlight that you are an individual, but rather a larger entity or organization.  

I then sat down with my dad to get his take on issues and then went through later with different colored highlighters to note either things I wanted further explanation on, errors that impacted how the document was interpreted, generic statements that were counter to what we had discussed, grammatical errors that needed to be corrected, etc.

I mention this only to highlight the strange, impersonal experience that bank owned properties can be.  

They highlight a lot of great articles decreasing the time I would spend searching for them.  

Some people have even suggested using bold paper colors like highlighter yellow or orange.

I didn't want to highlight the agent as an issue in my learning as the agent is a great human being.
