There's no excuse, and it has bothered me because I've always been an extreme type-A sort who can force himself to exercise and eat well.

Landlord might want business interruption insurance where landlord still gets paid for short fall from tenant if tenant can exercise certain rights within the lease to pay less rent or none at all if certain events occur.

Or preferably go count them yourselve.Once you do this exercise you will own the metric.  

Its a money draining exercise to you need to be very clear about what you want to do and how long to exit.

There usually is a notice requirement which is easy to meet and the lien must be exercised typically within 30-90 days form the work performed.
