While I occasionally wholesale deals, I am a rehabber at heart.

Miguel "Mike" Perez Actually their prohibition on short sales to family members/related parties is purely an attempted safeguard to avoid "sweet heart deals" where they may get less than market value, and if it were allowed it would also encourage many to try and get rid of part of their loan balance by simply running it thru a family member in a short sale, and essentially retaining the property.  

You have to be pretty cold and hard hearted to do that to people. 

I suspect that as a non attorney, unsophisticated civilian having no legal authority or duty, I and can quote code and statute to my hearts content.

Comparing the hypothetical care that Veterans would receive under a McCain or an Obama Presidency is a very strange angle to take in light of Veteran's Day.I am pretty sure that almost every single combat arms veteran probably holds a special place in their heart for John McCain that Barack Obama wouldn't even be allowed to visit.
