The leak is caused by lots of leaves and seed pods dropping from overarching branches from my neighbor's giant Royal Poinciana trees.

Is it an easier or tougher environment for regulations and locking down seed capital/investments?

The key is what is your risk level, I agree with your mentor that money pulled in a re finance has to be put back into more property, (otherwise you are eating your seed). 

A seasoned agent, often they have assistants as well, understands the idea of a "sales pipeline" and they understand that often the seeds they are planting today won't be reaped until months down the road.

I do these seed letters for each city I mail (I batch my mail in to 4-5 weeks batches because of the quantity).

Gotta plant that seed early before traditional schooling grooms them to be an employee. ;-)

Your possible spouse may agree with it but seeds of doubt and anger would be thrown her way at a rate that would cover acres of bare ground...….Unless your just such an outstanding catch that the nup could be overlooked......like me....yeah....like me.
