That's all it took to have over $1000 worth of property stolen. 

I could have trashed or stolen things from the rental, so checking first is smart.

People have gone in there and stolen items and the city wants the place locked down and all debris cleared before they stop any actions.

Earlier this year I cashed out enough bitcoin to pay off a car loan in anticipation of buying a house.

Things will eventually probably shift towards those who do not need a license (Bitcoin?)

Its at least a RICO case for the group committing looting the cvs and than burned a cop car up the street from the CVS..... who knows what they will do next if they get away with it all after they spend all the money they make from selling the stolen the drugs from the CVS...I have faith that National guard can assist the state police to lock down the curfew tonight and hopefully every local detective will be on duty tonight and there will be record arrests and hopefully catch the few bad seeds that are probably causing the violence...

Anything larger than that usually requires central air (which r410 units are expensive) and they must be caged or they will likely be stolen if the house goes vacant.  

My wife went inside with me once and refused to go back inside.The convenience store has a sign in the window that says selling stolen property is not allowed.
