By far, the best way to nail down a realistic figure on a rehab is by scoping the job and putting hard numbers on each step of the process.

Josh nailed it when he said if your not providing solid content it really doesnt matter, you should stay offline until you know what you want to get accomplished.

Such accessories could be brushes, tweezers as well as nail supplies.

@Christopher Winkler I truly believe you hit the nail on the head, there is no doubt that what I am focusing on is a number game, very high volume and interaction with a lot of folks.

A suburban strip mall that provides needed local services (e.g. dry cleaner, nail salon, variety store, coffee shop) is going to be much more stable then a declining neighborhood which can only attract payday loan & burner phone stores (how many of these do you need per block!).

I spent 8 days on my hands and knees scrubbing cove base with a toothbrush and caked-on soap scum from the tub, scrubbing and painting walls, and taking 11 passes to the kitchen floor with a mop to strip/seal/polish it etc. to deliver a pristine perfect unit to these people.

I'd imagine that was what through was going through my dad's head when we were rebuilding a fence (I held the can of nails) in 105 degree summer heat.His motivation can't be mine, mine can't be yours, I don't think you can transfer your motivation authentically to someone else.
