Once I go over 30 units I went to Quickbooks Cloud.I used the reports function to simply print out the itemized categories and that's what I sent to the accountant for taxes.

Those look to be the interest your plan would pay for using margin on plan based stock market investments (options, etc.).A participant loan is a different function of the 401(k) entirely.

As a firefighter my opinion may be slightly biased because I've seen the cases that "probably won't happen"; however, if there was a fire, all liabilities would fall on the landlord if there were not functioning smoke detectors and a kitchen fire extinguisher in place.
