Japan announced a huge round of QE (ie: money printing) this past fall, and the ECB might be stepping up next.  

Hello Folks,I've been running a small product development consultancy since 2008 but I have recently started a new investment real estate company to help round out that "roller coaster" revenue that's typical of consulting.

I would seriously consider waiting to get this started if you can't round up the $100 to put down.

Hi @Cliff Jackson...they have 1 hr round group discussions followed by some vendor announcements (30 min) and finally a speaker presentation for 1.5 hr...also, you can go there for the first meeting and attend as a guest at no charge and if you like it, you can join the group...thats what I did last month...I thought it was worth of $150 a year for that kind of networking, education etc...

We have summer rental season too so 9 months is our lease, even with year round leases don't expect them to stay long. 

I don't go round the houses on terms.

Sorry the hear about that round thing not being round.  

Less chance of being swindled...are you planning on flying 18 hours each way and 2k round trip to view properties?
