A 4+ person STR will need much larger machines than a 2 person STR.

And then they cant understand why all the things that happen in those asset class's are happening to them they only fall back on their personal life experinces not the reality of life of a life long tenant.  

So i have pretty sizable personal assets, along with a relative high income. 

Do not just allow one person to keep an eye/contact the city.

Hey Samantha, I'm personally not a fan of paying off mortgages—especially fixed-rate long-term debt like yours.

You need to demonstrate a substantial investment ($100K+}, a solid business plan indicating your ability to support yourself along with any family members, as well as the projection of hiring US persons within 5 years.  

generally though if your doing this with other investors you dont personally know then a PPM would work.. or if its just a few say 2 or 3  then an LLC would work .

I love the area for long term rentals, I personally still own 4 in that older mesquite/Garland area
