I joined last year with similar goals to you, and have learned so much since then through engaging with the community.

And the customer service answer my questions with things like screenshots and videos for my account.

@Carlos PtriawanI did recently see a video with US significantly lacking from other major countries as our office vacancy rates are significantly higher than others, and we are one of the only countries who is not permanently back to the office .Which, of course this not only impacts office, but a significant impact on small businesses, especially retail such as restaurants who support these offices.

I have no video camera but the back door was left unlock in the kitchen area, and he had the code and he simply came and took all his stuff and now is blaming me for it. 

You can read the books in the BP bookstore and watch videos on YouTube and gain enough knowledge to get started and buy a small multi family house 2-4 units to house hack or just rent out and self manage.

My goal is simple: to engage with genuine individuals, forge connections, and mutually learn from one another.

Of course, engaging with members on sites like BP too!
