I don't know much about these areas but they are more affordable than Manhattan, Queens and Brooklyn. 

Hey all,Just looking to connect with any investors from the Manhattan, KS area.

For the first 2.5 years, I was with EMS in midtown Manhattan and now I work in an engine company in Harlem. 

It's Silicon Valley price so it's a little inflated.People in Manhattan and DC and Silicon Valley have to live somewhere too.

I'm an investor/ real estate broker in the Upper Manhattan/ Bronx market. 

I'm in Manhattan where this is very common for international students and most landlords won't bother unless you have a guarantor who lives in New York State (few are open to guarantors living in the tri-state).

also Josh, what size did you do/price per square foot did you get in PF?

. $3000 seems right for Manhattan and the Bronx if you are using an attorney.

If both go up the same percentage of appreciation, the $500k in PF increases 5 times as fast, and exponentially increases faster as you move forward. 

I am located in Brooklyn, but Manhattan is fine as well.
