To be honest, many times an LLC is useless because the business owner "pierces the corporate veil" which basically means that the natural person and the business become one in the same.

Maybe we could do better with an umbrella policy but that's what we have.If a motivated, suing attorney gets past your insurance company and their lawyers, he'll try to pierce the corporate veil of whatever entity you're using.

Hello all, I am trying to find lists of evictions in King & Pierce countires through the courthouse for marketing to tired landlords.

Go to the Pierce County Assessor's site and start sending letters or cards to the non owner occupieds to see if you can get someone to call you back. 

Also with only 30k youd still have to supply your own financials to secure the product which technically is going to pierce your llc protection anyway.
