Hindsight is always 20/20 so it's difficult to give this advice....Mine would be to not waste my time with real estate and use every penny I have to buy bitcoin when it was a a fraction of a penny!

Also saw the STR profit academy that was similar for a fraction of the price but did not seem to offer as much. 

For a fraction of the cost, time and energy needed to set up and properly maintain multiple entities, you can have an excellent insurance package with high enough limits to keep an attorney from even bothering with your personal assets.

The prices in the Smokies and southern Appalachians are a fraction of comparable areas out west. 

Pretend you only have a fraction of that money and learn your market and learn to market. 

I am selfish with my time and want more stability, as a result I am willing to sacrifice a fraction of possible gains to have those needs met.

Folks should not be disappointed in their hard work and execution if they only get back a fraction of what they started with!!! 

Or the person with the most education and resources will. in most cases, whole sellers do not have the ability to close and flip the property and are happy making a fraction of the profit, otherwise they would maximize the profit 100% of the time. we have bought properties from whole sellers where they have earned $200k on a $350k purchase, why?

To reach the same number of people with a billboard is a fraction of that cost.
