@Jon Klaus seems like every year is different.. but yes we see slow down this time of year then sales come roaring back after the holidays at least we hope they do.. price per sq ft we are 5% under Linnar.. and in a better high school district.Also as to not compete head to head with the 700 lbs gorilla. we went with NO HOA and our plans allow for RV and or boat pad next to the house.. which is very uncommon in our area given the metro mandate for small lots..
