I'm not sure because I don't have much construction knowledge to determine from the report how much the repairs might potentially cost but I do I see a lot of things flagged on the report some things I noticed were ...Roofing has ponding/roofshingles that are damaged, Termite Damaged was visible In the Framing Members, Due to the installation of finish surfaces, the slab is mostly inaccessible and could not be throughly inspected, Soffit damaged/rotted wooden siding trim had termite damage, Stucco siding had damagesections.

And you start racking up the costs for evictions.

I would be interested in the foundations specifically as many places in Colorado and the mountain west were built on wooden pier foundations which have a finite lifespan.

Maybe get rid of everything that isn’t essential, kids toys, coats on the racks, vacuum cleaner in the bedroom, stuff on the kitchen counter, slide in the yard, and then retake your pics with the windows open and the new paint.

Doesn’t seem like that vehicle can be easily outfitted with a ladder rack...

So when I rack up my line of credit I see my Credit Karma score drop 100 points, but then when my credit is checked for a mortgage it’s still just as high as it was before I increased the line balance.

If you are in a watercraft area or bike area you can put up a rack but there has to be something  to lock things too. 

You'll have to pay ~6% for however long it takes for rates to decrease, but at that point you'll have racked up equity in a home; you'll never get that time back.

And while relatively trivial, by separating the bills, you can usually pay at least the insurance portion by using your credit card and auto pay, which helps rack up points or cashback.
