I stumbled on to Bigger Pockets a few weeks ago on one of my many quests to find the end of the internet and I'm very glad I found it.

I stumbled upon the first house which seemed in fair condition minus the signs of vacancy (overgrown grass, very unkept around the sides).

The eventual buyer for your house just doesn't stumble by your house on open house day!

Hello everyone.I stumbled upon BiggerPockets a couple weeks ago while searching for sites with information on multi-family purchases, and have been reading forums and listening to podcasts since, now finally (better late than never) introducing myself.I guess I have been involved with real estate (minimally) the last four years when purchasing my own home in Bakersfield, but then chose to rent it out and move to Ventura in order to be closer to the beach.

I was so happy to have stumbled across this site on a google search it has been a invaluable resource for information.

Then I stumbled upon this site this year and thought, this website cannot be real.
