For more time sensitive data like foreclosures, they stick to a 3 business day lag even though you can get it from public sources and skip trace it day 1. 

If one is holding assets that involve a lot of transactions or are time-sensitive in nature, this is a vastly superior program than relying on a 3rd party processing firm.

The funny thing is, at the footer of her email was a huge disclaimer from her loan office stating that email is unsecure and sensitive messages, which include social security numbers should not be sent via this email address.Are RE agents and Loan officers required to maintain some type of compartmental security of sensitive information they receive via federal or state guidelines or is it just implied that they are securing your sensitive data?

Most of the things are controllable (price...maybe that's not so controllable but it's part of your underwrite/sensitivities of the model).

Always a failsafe button because tracking pads are too sensitive and someone can easily brush across it and cause an action unintentionally.

Or do I keep looking for an upstairs tenant who is less sensitive about the smell?
