My issue is I attempted to backup to the cloud and two weeks into it, I realized it wasn't a good solution for me (it would take me about a month to restore a failed system).

It's a small lot (a little less than a half acre) and my idea was to just put up a steel building/garage and use to store classic and/or restored vehicles in.

However, when the creditor is able to reaffirm the information, the entry reappears on the credit report.I do credit restoration, but I always tell clients that things removed that are factual or affirmed MAY reappear in the future.

Learn about the houses specifically and reach out to the city or other historical societies and see if there is any grant money or city funds to restore these properties to their original glory then look at short term type rentals like Airbnb as the story will sell them to tourists and such.
