Examine the comparable homes used to determine your property’s value.

So look at all of your properties with a 5 year examination...taking into consideration the appreciation of the asset and the principle buydown of the loan you will have a good amount of equity after holding the property for 5 years.Hope all of that makes sense. 

In my experience, I have only seen one person recommend putting the Mortgagee on notice of the transfer and he is floating around here somewhere with his examining eye.  

While this is true I want to bring to light a deal I examined by one of most "reputable" syndicators on the planet.

The quality of the study and report determines the depth and scope of an audit examination.

Just examine everything.

Then...Management Agreement:  Examine your management agreement for all the actions they are required to take. 

I am new to the real estate field and studying for my real estate exam in Michigan.

Sometimes this might even mean ordering a title examine on the property before you have a contract to purchase with the seller.

I am an out-of-state investor, and have used tech sites to search for markets/investments, examine deals, etc.
