Once I have a stronger portfolio under my belt, im sure I’ll upgrade my package to learn more advanced strategies.

I agree with @Jordan Grimstad on this one - get this first property under your belt before worrying about more advanced stuff like asset protection. 

We have a few deals under our belts but we are certainly working to get more.

Today with over a thousand pads under my belt I can still say that "it depends".
