Since I have 3 regular ads I also usually post a different one to each site each day (so I do usually post the same one to at least 2 sites most days, but with different pictures, titles and since they are for different geographic areas the list of towns/cities at the bottom will be different).I am pretty clearly just trying to keep my message out there vs. spamming.

It might get you onto his priority email spam list with custom addressed email ads, but I don't think you're going to get access to anything special that you can't find in this forum or through your local REIA meetings...for free!

Obviously it is not a game and you do not want to gamble, but if you know you want the property and are prepared to close quickly with cash, then go as BIG as you need to on the terms in your contract without offering a price that is so high you eat into your profit margin.

If you include your email, get a junk one from Gmail so you do not get a ton of spam to your primary one.
