HUD and MLS have been slim pickings for what/where I'm looking, so my options are drive for dollars and seek wholesalers.

Unfortunately we haven't really gotten any results, however we have slimmed down our geographic location to Texas, Ohio, Idaho, Florida, Goergia, NC and Missouri.
