One night will be Mexican, but the other is open.....

Apparently, this is a traditional Mexican celebration of the New Year or some such.

One of these days, you'll call someone who knows that and you'll have to face the music - like this $45,000,000 fine that the FCC proposed just a month ago.Everybody, without exception, HATES getting telemarketing calls. 

I know people make fun of the name, but it is a US arm of a Mexican company pronounced "Beem-bo" which there, has innocent, childlike associations, hence the little bear "mascot".Once a tenant, he may even bring you freebies from the plant!

Buying units in low valued props in metro areas with a lot of out-of-area investor action is bound to be a game of musical chairs.  

Instead of driveway issues (your car blocked mine) it would be more petty like he stole my food, they don't split toiletry costs equally, loud music, smoke, bathroom doesn't get cleaned, or someone pees on the seat, etc.

I still love listening to good indie music.

That's after we get the current renter out of the house *queue the circus music*.

The recent events should increase the number of students by a fair bit over the next few years.In General (Spanish oriented, 59% of the undocumented immigrants are Mexican(same source)) - Start posting ads in Spanish and English.  

You can face the music like the rest of the US as a renter or locked in with a fixed pmt as the dollar slowly slides into oblivion.
