Make sure you update things like the meta title, which currently says "mysite."

im her son and im living here paying the mortgage. her name is on the mortgage, but her name and my name are both on the title. im trying to pull out 100k of the equity to use for other things. no i dont have a lease i just send her the money every month and she uses it to pay the mortgage. 

Non-owner occupant loans are typically Fannie/Freddie loans on properties 1-4 units, property titled in your name, you are signing the loan with verification of YOUR income and financial status.
