I was looking at Tenant Cloud for the apartments but It looks like people may uses storage management software separate for self storage.

I use Microsoft exchange so all my email, contacts, calendar etc are accessible in the cloud and on any device. 

The good news is the sun will come up and the clouds push away .

You can put it in a cloud, so you have access from everywhere.

@Krystal Frangos why go after something with a clouded title That being said why don’t you just buy the 2018 lien, wait two years (or whatever is legal in your jurisdiction) and foreclose on it

If you do not have a Property Manager software I would get one can check out Builduim, Appfolio, and Tenant Cloud as options.

I home that a bracing solution could be had for less than what the basement hillbillies are quoting, but we'll see about that.I just have a feeling I'm clouding my judgement because for the last 14 years, I expected to rent this place out, and the cash-out refi makes me more unsure.

I use Google Sheets on Drive so it's backed up in the cloud and I can share with my GC and other partners as needed.

I received my ‘1st’ price quote for a certificate on a property in Mobile Cty (AL) and after checking probate for pre-lim Title clouds, there is a hospital lien on the owner and it does not state it’s a claim against all properties of the owner.
