I am a paddle holder in the Riverside County, CA Tax Deed Auction currently being held online.

I cover Ithaca, Cortland, Watkins Glen, Ovid, and will travel to Geneva.

., I figure the "Go Patriots" is a reference to Orange Glen?

In 2006-2008 as part of an affordable housing redevelopment push, several beautiful new townhouse AND townhouse-duplex communities were built with local / state grants and favorable zoning both downtown and in outlying areas such as near some new riverside office development and baseball stadium.

Much of Orange County and I believe Riverside and San Diego Counties are not rent controlled.

The last four properties I sold were to investors here in the Los Angeles area (one was Riverside).
