@Daniel Adams If you are willing to crossover into PG County, which it sounds like you are since you want to be close to Greenbelt.....that will offers some nice spreads between the nonrehabbed and rehabbed homes.

I would think if its a up and running HML then there is a PG attached to the loan... the loan is on the collateral not the LLC...
