It's a long, long story but needless to say it is a property involving an owner financed wrap I did years ago.Upon due diligence the tenants said the kids were sick so couldn't inspect that day or other days (always had a reason).

Unnecessary expense, and a needless hassle to tenants.Tenants want to be left alone, not have maids there all the time.If it was a "rent a room" roommate situation or a temporary corporate rental, a maid could be useful.

I've coached Hundreds of people from making a mistake on a property that would have been a disaster, and I don't ever want to hear of or see someone needlessly do it again.  

Needless to say finding financing was not pretty and I ended up using seller financing to close on the purchase.
