I advertise the houses that way, even if there's an appliance or two that the previous owner has left in them and I don't mention them so that the people coming aren't (or shouldn't be) expecting to find them. 

Not enough people to generate the demand to sell enough houses for that size property and not enough people for a factory or something to come to because they wouldn't be able to get enough employees from the surrounding areas.Is that a good hunting area?

I didn't, and the people at Eagle Rock, who approved permits and necessary utility connections, were not very cooperative, which made the process more stressful than it had to be.I've seen lots listed on Zillow and the Aggressive Real Estate web site. 

After they renovate, they sell it to Doorvest clients (people like me) for ~150K-170K.

The more experienced they are, the harder it is for them to blame other people. 

If people want an area to build with understanding day 1 may not cash flow but in 10 years you will be in a really good spot the area I believe is perfect for that.

However, for most people they install a garage door opener and do not install the next garage door for many years.  

Make sure you spend a lot of time reading, learning, and meeting people before making the first investment.

For auctions held on Wednesday, these auctions are based on tax foreclosures.  

Also remind them that they may be held responsible if a repair is necessary because they failed to change the filter.
