Depends on the Grade of the property and also where location is.... basement apartment etc.Basement also gets ceramic tileC D neighborhoods are tile or laminated wood Some elderly apartments have carpet and linoleum We still have bedrooms with carpet but try to make the kitchen and living rooms tile or laminate wood.Right now we are so behind in construction because of flooring

So, so glad he's not my tenant, but sorry for his previous Landlord, an elderly gentleman who didn't receive rent for five years, and the tenant kept going to court to fight an eviction, brings various lawsuits against him, etc.I just (today) purchased RentPrep's "Platinum Package" to screen two applicants for our new unit.

I have no desire to sell the building unless there is a really good reason. the property is in a fantastic location to take advantage of the downtown growth.An elderly man has just completed construction on a 4plex (4-1bed/1bath) in the alley behind my property on a half lot, facing said alley. he built a stacked row house, what looks to be two townhouses, the two top suites are 650sq/ft. and the bottoms 700sq/ft.

We make a reasonable offer and sometimes we get the deal.But having come across several turn key carcasses, I can tell you it does not leave you with a good feeling to know that some young couple with a baby in California or an elderly person investing retirement funds bought into the turnkey dream and now only has what appears to be junk waste to show for it.

Hello, i am trying to buy a house from an elderly person but having alot of trouble he is not on the deed only hes mother and father names is on the deed but hes fathers and mother have not been living for 80 years me and the seller want to avoid going to probate court is there a way to do some type of purchase agreement and accept all responsibilities for the house paying taxes on it etc?
