Leaving numbers out of it would you consider using a beautiful turn of the century house with original built ins as a college rental? 

I didn't end up getting that listing, but it was an important lesson that I wouldn't have learned unless I tried.Also, I can thank Century 21 for the bad training, thus leading me to start my own company (Sorry for the rant).
