Not the month or 2 of rent that so far have not been collected and literally is being stolen out of my pocket.  

I usually go with black appliances and to date luckily I have not had any appliances stolen or damaged..but I've heard of stories of appliances being stolen.

Then 2 years later had to fork over 6k for new roof.The property above with the stolen appliances (also bought from Curt) we paid 57k, and 15k for the rehab.

They have also stolen toys before.  

She is clearly violating our contract but I am not there to enforce it myself.She has not stolen money (money orders) as far as I can tell but I do have family in the city and one of my relatives does maintenance on the place and said an A/C unit was missing from storage where only he and she had the keys.

I have had to deal with stolen food issues and use of others utensils.  

I actually have an eBay store where I sell merchandises and I made a profit for the past 4 years.

They recently went back and called me to tell me that it was stolen.

Chargebacks: We've had people stay through HomeAway/ VRBO who used stolen credit cards and we didn't find out until long after their stay when the actual credit card owner did a chargeback, leaving us with nothing.
