I'm planning to have more specific conversations with people in my existing network that have expressed interest in REI, and see if there are any financial partnerships to be made there. 

Before you pick you listing agent ask questions like what services do they offer, how they plan to market it, how long do they expect to take to sell etc and also express your expectations so your are both on the same page.Hope this helps!

I been seeing a lot of reviews about aceableagent and real estate express. 

When I expressed my frustration to the processor, he said that COVID-19 has made lenders really cautious.

Or is it the opposite (which would not be ideal) it just means residential and nothing can be added or modified without some-sort of expressed county approval...

What do you think the best way is to go about contacting the owner to express interest in buying the home? 

I expressed to my wife that I would rather keep this home in the family than let the bank take it back and sell it to somebody else to make a profit off of it when we can do the same thing and keep the income in the family.My question is, where do I begin, what should I be looking for?
