If you cant get in a property then I would express to the bank you inability to make an accurate offer.. most likely they wont care, but worth trying.

The way to make it less annoying is to gamble (like a dollar) with your family for which property the wholesaler wants before opening the mail.

Going to need more details and property addresses to be able to give you an accurate answer

@Joe Villeneuve i am sure you have hear the statistic that economists have been able to accurately predict ten of the last three recessions.

Providing "boring" advice (but accurate and higher quality) doesn't bring extra eyeballs  to your content. 

I am speculating here that a school district rating is influenced by two things (and I dont know if this is true or accurate): the quality of the students and the quality of the teachers and admin team.
