Hi everyone,I'm a mid-twenties engineer out of the SF Bay Area.I've been lurking the site for a few months as I've mulled the "Real Estate Option" - we're getting to that phase of the boom-bust cycle that I'm just not super comfortable with my money in stocks anymore, but I'm not big on the idea of letting it sit idle, either.Fortunately, mortgage interest rates are at historic lows!

@Anthony McDougleI would only respond to those that meet your qualifications.I would write something ambiguous.XXXXX about your house Mid twenties male professional who socializes on the weekends and focuses on his career during the week looking for like minded individuals to rent out two of his rooms.Than honestly wouldn't respond to anyone who doesn't fit your requirements.

I managed to reach one of two personal references given and the referee, a medical doctor, had known one of them for twenty years and described them as very mature and responsible.So here is what I am minded to do: approve but ask for each of them to provide a parental guarantor so I have two parents on the line.
