Wondering if someone can point me to a reliable resource because the hours of research i've done online did not give me any clear, obvious examples of how to do this correctly.I owned my first primary residence for some years.

I did a ton 10 years ago when lots of people had little equity. 

But wanted to ask here what other people have done or if you have any ideas.

I thought I was losing my mind a bit and wondering if it ever existed in the first place HAH.

I'm specifically wondering if it's possible to set up utility accounts where I can contribute a flat specified amount for electric gas water etc.

I wonder how that water comes in the sump pump from underground also.

One of the things I love most about this community is that people are not afraid to challenge the status quo (ie. the smart thing to do is contribute to your 401k).
