No off-street parking = not worth doing MTR unless it meets all of the following: super urban area where no parking is the norm, highly desirable area with a ton of MTR demand, super safe part of the city, and has great public transportation (think NYC, Hoboken NJ, etc.)Unless it meets all of the criteria above, I pass on those opportunities because my MTR will be eliminating the many people that travel with their vehicles.

Guns done kill  people do.. well sub 2 does not kill sellers the people that do sub 2 with bad intent with not enough money etc etc they are the ones killing the sellers the sub 2 is just the vehicle that led to financial mortality for sellers in a sub 2 gone bad scenario.. and U cant have thousands of students who you know for certain have neither the capital or character to pull these off safely for the Seller..

I saw news other day of those winds and just clouds of embers and that, holly-cow with shake roof's, wow, that's literally an impossible fire to fight as it could jump homes and blocks in a blink, with every ember filled gust.

Don't forget to include how you are going to force those without insurance, or who don't want to spend the insurance money, on clean up.Then there's the question of refusing to spend tax dollars on protecting houses impossible to protect, but that's for another day.
