And if anyone (such as a civil servant) denies anyone from it, they can very much so face stiff punishment.

Children are now tyrants, not the servants of their households.

The municipalities are public servants and while they aren't always the most helpful, they are there to be resources to the public. 

How can one justify the Servants (them) making more than the Owners (us)? 

The states and counties and cities will have to raise taxes to cover pensions for firemen, teachers, civil servants and oh yeah, themselves.

But she's been a nightmare in just about every other way by being overly needy on dozens of things that weren't real issues including spiders, mold claims (in her dirty bathtub), to heat complaints (no heat, they turned the furnace off to save money)...and on and on.Reflecting back on the problems with her tenancy, I can only blame myself as I missed a giant RED FLAG when screening her as she mentioned that she was a bit OCD during the walk thru and said that she had to have things 'just so'.I now believe that line to mean "I'm bats#t crazy, so get used to being my servant". 

Wholesaling is a business that you can (very quickly) create to be a servant to you and a servant cannot have two masters.

I also don't understand contract law either, but it seems fair to me, I don't know anything about being the dominate or servant type stuff, I just need weasel clauses so I feel safe enough to go hang a contract on some homeowner and after I screw up, I can walk away!

Unfortunately another city where "public servants" govern with emotions rather than logic.
