It was only within the last 30 years has the upper middle class incomes start to spread out of the lake.  

That happened this morning it appears and we’ve now fixed it I believe.

So, with a mix of retail and residential, I'd recommend something in the middle is a good starting point.

Those typically are close to 2 million in price or higher and only maybe 10 to 15% of all DG stores.If people want national credit and QSR restaurants etc. then typically all cash at 5 to 6.0 caps.I get these buyers that says they are adverse to taking on debt  and want to buy all cash but in their price range lends them to middle of nowhere areas that are rural.

All that said, we just met them in the middle and gave them the credit because we wanted it to be over.
