I think that once the NY exodus settles down and we see an end to our worldwide situation,  prices will stabilize and correct to some degree, but don’t expect them to correct to pre-pandemic levels.

Right now I think there is too much smoke on the water to make any kind of meaningful projections.We have COVID, and the possibility of a worldwide recession (unrelated to the covid) looming out there.I think America will weather these problems much better than other countries, but as far as comparing one area to another right now, I think there are too many variables //risk//.

@John MatarazzoI assume you’re referring to Schedule E where rental property income and expenses are reported.The short answer is yes you still report it if you’re claiming the FEIE and foreign tax credit as you’re taxed on your worldwide income in the US, which includes the rental property income or loss (which is subject to the passive loss rules in most cases).
