Why put up with renter’s headaches and unnecessary stress when you can profit effortlessly?

I am saying if I (me) had a choice between mailing letters to LLC  or sit back relax and watch my leads stream in effortlessly from my website, I choose the latter.If it works for you it works.

Depends on how busy you are - for a few extra thousand you can hire a top notch crew - get the job done effortlessly and move on especially if you have a high cost of funds.

But we still get ten threads a week in the Bigger Pockets forums on the most effortless way to collect rent that tenants are seemingly falling over themselves to pay, and maybe a thread every six months that comes even close to skirting the truth, that we all chase rent and we all have to be more than a bit flexible, because THAT IS THE NATURE OF THE BEAST.

But I want the end effect to seem effortless.

But I think we all have that goal in mind -- at least us buy-and-holders do.BUT, Real Estate Investing is not an effortless, riskless, idiot-proof endeavor. 

I am not saying that the info you will get in ANY system is completely useless, but I am saying that you need to beware of these "guru's" that will allegedly teach you to set up some "automatic" or "effortless" system that will make you wealthy in real estate.

Someone who's overweight and struggling to get in shape might resent their friend who seems to effortlessly have six-pack abs. etc., etc.
