I would pull a list from Batch Leads or Propstream, skip trace it, and get your feet wet talking with sellers.

My application is saying Batched and processed beside each amount by my landlord and power company name.

Does anyone know what the “batched” status means ? 

It when from Batched, to Paid, then Application Paid, at the bottom it just says processed..

I am curious as to how long it takes to receive the check after your status reads "batched"?

Does anyone know how long it takes for payment to be received in the mail once your application goes into Batched Status? 

Others do a batch per LLC.You need to have the LLC formed or registered in the State that the property resides. 

@Tanner Kenneth Jenkins I've personally never used any of these services, but have heard of other investors utilizing them, Batch Skip Tracing, Prospect Now, REDX, and Spokeo, to name a few.
