I have been involved in the past about sales managing and maintaining commercial properties as well as construction projects into retail, banking, movie theaters, and a hotel.For about a year I have been watching and listening to a gentleman that has about 25 years in the experiencing of successful real estate buying and selling apartment complexes and currently owns almost 5,000 apartment units.

Go to the movie industry I forgot which dept exactly and let them know you have a space to rent for short lease or whatever you all agree to ,and get top dollar from those entertainment folks who come to the A for work ,and privacy is high priority for them if you allow pets on your property that maybe a plus think of B list actors or just folks who want to feel normal

With the lease option you can be in their in less than 30 days.The buyer leased my movie theater - play house for three years, hilt up equity through crediting part of the lease payment as future down payment, credited the lease deposit of $20k, and he was able to get a bank loan to purchase.
