Why his being an officer of Diversified wouldn't qualify him as a principal is a mystery to me.If we were to take that case at face value it would seem in Ohio anytime two principals entered into a contract without a lawyer's involvement and that contract went wrong in any way the party that brought the templates to the party could be convicted of practicing law without a license.

I honestly don't understand how 1031 works well enough even after reading up on it.There's more to this story and I'm just keeping it brief, but there are mysterious bankruptcies and other facts in this failed transaction, all of which helped the buyer escape or at least scare my brother into signing a release.

Grabato We never heard you complain when mysterious, unknown, anonymous new posters who had never posted anywhere on the internet before (let  alone BP)  suddenly came out of the shadows to serve up posts in rapid succession that were suspiciously complimentary to your firm, (Many from the same IP address, according to the Forum administrator) You can't have it both ways.

Well he doesn't know what he is claiming, he just knows he likes living in a SHED.So by your way of thinking, anytime someone buys a property with anything in it besides old nasty carpets and torn up blinds, the new owner now must hold onto any and all property and store it for XYZ days, but only after having sent a duly sworn and certified letter to the last known address of some mystery person.
