Mystery solved!!

Why his being an officer of Diversified wouldn't qualify him as a principal is a mystery to me.If we were to take that case at face value it would seem in Ohio anytime two principals entered into a contract without a lawyer's involvement and that contract went wrong in any way the party that brought the templates to the party could be convicted of practicing law without a license.  

I am not an expert on this by any means and all these new laws coming into play or not only somewhat a mystery to me, but something I feel is like bringing an AK47 to a fist fight.

This is an acceptable fix if the water problems are fixed, and you get an engineer's report ($400-$1000)As you may have read elsewhere, the mysterious costly problems will scare 99% of buyers away, therein lies an opportunity.

The 'other' $557 is the mystery account from the seller.

I honestly don't understand how 1031 works well enough even after reading up on it.There's more to this story and I'm just keeping it brief, but there are mysterious bankruptcies and other facts in this failed transaction, all of which helped the buyer escape or at least scare my brother into signing a release.

The best thing is for the car to mysteriously make it to the street and call the cops about it being abandoned.

Well he doesn't know what he is claiming, he just knows he likes living in a SHED.So by your way of thinking, anytime someone buys a property with anything in it besides old nasty carpets and torn up blinds, the new owner now must hold onto any and all property and store it for XYZ days, but only after having sent a duly sworn and certified letter to the last known address of some mystery person.
