I have owned a few homes in my travels while serving in the US Air Force.

We are full time RV travelers.

This water line travels down a hill and under a retaining wall.

I did the full bathroom Reno’s myself between my full time job and traveling for work.

@Chris Mason funny, when I'm traveling out of the Bay Area now I generally just say I'm from the North Bay Area because I get the same response - everyone thinks I'm from the state of Nevada when I say Novato.Thanks for the info. 

Some scammers are pretty smart and likable.Did the state have a medical claim on the house that is not recorded yet?

I had to repeatedly travel back to the house over and over for meetings with a specific firm of plumbers that the HOA insisted come there with the brief to persuade me to believe I had pipes leaking under my slab foundation - and push me to pay them for extensive unnecessary works.The previous (independent) pumpers and the engineer had already explored all this and confirmed no such issues The Board started inviting me to take part in the morning meetings they set up monthly to argue with homeowners who have broken rules. 

@Lee Ripma Totally agree about El Sereno, it's right by USC's medical school and has had a solid increase in activity over the past 4 months, with CBRE purchasing a couple acres right in the center.

And it's the one I use when traveling too.

Its a reason why its known as one of the most shady industries(You can probably make a point for the banking and medical industry as well).
