Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.

They may not have a direct program to assist but a referral from them can often help smooth the process for families seeking assistance. 

IF they have, I would ask if they enjoyed it and if everything went smooth...if they say something negative then you know how they really feel and I would move on to the next title company.

Things haven't went smoothly since.
