It won't give you enough data to know whether it's worth looking at.

It's been less than a year so I don't have much data, but so far it seems the home may earn just as much renting as a whole home vs by the room.

It should be for a lot of other data points and so that investment can grow and grow.

My first step in analyzing the properties on the list is to copy the data from the Sheriff's list into an excel spreadsheet.

I'd check data aggregator sites market reports if you want exact zip code appreciation.

I havent come across any economic drivers data for NPR but if someone has any insights, it would be greatly appreciated. 

Pull the original and any added disclosures out - they have questions about community water system - might be worth your while once you get all this data together to consult with an attorney to see if you have a claim.
